Start Point : Leaving From hotel

We will leave from your hotel at 6:00 am by car or minivan. The community start point is 30 kilometers away. This cycling tour is leisurely and we will have fun together. You will see the real life of people who live in this rural area.

Stop Point : Khnar Po Commune

On arrivel, we will cycle around 5 kilometers and then we stop to visit our community. We will learn from them how they grow their own vegetables such as chilies, onions, garlic, corn, bitter squash, morning glory, cabbage etc. These crops give a small income to support the families. Their lifestyles are very different from city people and very unique to see things that you may never have seen before. If possible, if the time is right and they are plainting their seeds, we can join in planting, whichwill be a special memory. We will drink fresh coconuts and have a local Khmer cake together.

Stop Point : Khnar Po Mangroves Eco Forest

We wil contine cycling through beautiful jungle with tropical trees as we head to visit the community Mangrove eco forest in Khnar Po Commune. This mangrove forest is the only place in all of Siem Reap province that is left, after so much has been destroyed by chopping down. While we are inside these mangroves, we will feel cooler as there are millions of trees. Our expert local guide will explain to you about this amazing eco forest and community. We will have lunch here which has been
organized by the community for us.

Stop Point : Mother Home Cambodia School

We will take a car or minivan around 10 kilometers from this area to visit Mother Home Cambodia School. You will have half a day to be volunteers, assisting the English teacher and playing teaching games with the students. You will also have a special opportunity to share your life experiences with the teachers and students in the classrooms. This is a not for profit school in the rural area and offers free education for English and Computers. Your visit with us will leave a footprint in the
memory of the community.

Return to city: Back To Hotel

Our VIP Community Cycling will finish at Mother Home Cambodia School around 5:00 pm. We will take a car or minivan back to your home sweet home hotel after a very full day touring. Please enjoy your evening….

Is it OK to tip guide/driver?

We trust both our guide and driver met your expectations and served you well. We do apologize if we didn’t always meet your standards as our aim is for you to have an amazing experience with us. If you enjoyed our services it is ok to tip your driver and guide. We know some nationalities are not quite sure whether it is ok or not and don’t want to offend our culture. But here in Cambodia it is okay to tip. “Travel leaves footprints on our hearts”.

Tips

USD is acceptable everywhere and most of the places all the prices is set in USD and some places will not accept money if too old or torn.

REMARK
Payment of tour fees will be required prior to start of tour. Our guide will meet you on your arrival day in the morning or evening, in the lobby of your accommodation, to brief you on the tour program, before tours start.
